Thank you for an excellent and clear explanation. As an unscientifically minded meditator, this bridges my gap perfectly. Hope you are well and happy!

PS PM'd you

Doesn't our mind-machine interface already depend on our capacity to meditate/be aware? e.g. are we using social media for doom scrolling vs stimulating conversations with likeminded people across the globe

Hi. What do you think of Neurofeedback? Maybe the whole effect of NFB is just "better" SNR (no need to train alpha coherence, etc.. just to be focused). What about creating neurofeedback focused solely on SNR? I was suprised that autistic people have sometimes higer SNR than "normal" people. How would you interpret it? Thank you.

Just like the posture do you know of any other tools a consumer can obtain that can measure this clarity like you have and act as a correctional aid when you falter?

"An otherwise empty mind" really? Is the mind what the brain does then?

With a little investigation, the high influence of the brain on the experience of mind is clearly visible.

Have you tried using this as a neurofeedback reward?

I’d be curious to implement this at home (8 channel EEG), will read the empirical paper and anything else you recommend

Cool work!
